The location is perfect. Near a mall, near restaurants, and walking distance from the train station. The washing machine and vendo area was also quite convenient. The staff were also nice enough to receive several packages for me from Amazon Japan. I appreciate that a lot. Speaking of which, the staff are also quite nice..though I hope the evening staff has recovered from his cold. He was soldiering on for two nights. He was wearing a mask though so no worries. He still did his job very well. But I hope he would get well soon! Ganbatte!!

Great location only a few mins walk to Hakata station. Room is a little on the smaller size but not too small and still comfortable. Though if you have large suitcases it can be a little small to open fully and lay the flat on the floor.

Excellent location close to metro, trains and local buses. A very pleasant staff. Spotlessly clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Very near to Hakata Central Station , helps significantly on transportation to work and airport access. Convenient Shops, local and international food outlets are just few meters walk away . Good security , Wi fi connection was secured and uninterrupted. Room was clean ,well stock with toiletries and complimentary bottled water , coffee/tea. Working table with a dedicated lantern light in the room helps significantly for business travelers to catch up with work.

Convenient location with close proximity to Hakata Station. The morning breakfast was good; however, the selections were more oriented more towards Japanese entrees which was fine with us. Those wanting more western selections may be disappointed.

The location was the best!. We went back a few rounds to place our shopping loots. The breakfast was good too. Decent spread of japanese dishes, just wish there were a toaster and option of bread and some eggs. The bathroom was a good size with a bathtub provided. Clean and comfortable stay, i will book this place again the next time.

This is not a hotel with plenty of bells and whistles. It has everything you need for a comfortable night stay and offers unparalleled location to JR Hakata. Room is clean, well kept and sound insulation is good. We stayed for one night as a transit hotel and it perfectly served the purpose. No real need for hotel breakfast given plenty of food options in the area

LOCATION. Front Entrance of hotel ,faces the side road. Does not face the hakata station.There is a underpass you can use. In case it rains. No problem getting to the station using the underpass. Many people use it too. Only need to find where it is. Diagonally opposite is Kitte Mall 0101. Great place to shop and eat...
